We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted into the USA National Miss Scholarship program!  We are excited to welcome you to our award-winning program. The National Delegate Handbook that will guide you every step of the way as you prepare for nationals will be uploaded in the Delegate Login tab on our website soon (password unm23beachqueen.) Once uploaded, be sure to read it in its entirety as we have some new and exciting information for nationals.

You are now on an exciting journey that is full of opportunities for you, as you prepare to compete at our award winning national pageant. Below are a just a few important notes as you get started on this exciting journey! Please note that we are a green organization, and are committed to providing all communication and paperwork in a paperless format.

PAYMENTS
The full payment for an appointed title is $1,500, that is comprised of the national entry fee ($550) and national package ($950). You should have paid your national entry through your registration form. If for any reason you have a balance on your entry fee, please make a payment using this link immediately or you can pay for your fee through the payment portal in the delegate login. This payment registers you for nationals with your state title and prompts us to order your official crown and sash. We can not hold titles without full payment.  The national package fee is due no later than 60 days after you receive your title and should be paid through the delegate login. The national package includes: full color ad page, professional ad page design, custom ASHLEYlauren opening number outfit, MB Designs earrings, delegate ticket to Glamour Gala dinner, delegate FunPass to events and activities, and delegate entry to all shows. We encourage delegates to attend the shows that they’re not in so that they can support their sister queens. A $35 online processing fee is added to any payments made online.

DELEGATE LOGIN

At the top right of our website, you’ll see the Delegate Login (password unm23beachqueen.) You should check the Delegate Login often as we will upload all pertinent information regarding nationals on this page. In the Delegate Login you will find the national handbook, forms, online payment options, and more resources, as they become available.

RECRUITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

If you are in a state with a state pageant, you are required to sign up 10 new contestants for your state pageant during your reign. We expect all national delegates to recruit new contestants from their state as a way of promoting USA National Miss and their state title, while supporting their state director and state pageant program.  All queens are required to actively promote USA National Miss on their social media weekly.  

 

STATE CROWN AND SASH

Once your entry fee has been paid in full, we will order your custom embroidered state sash and crown. Once ordered, please allow 4-8 weeks to receive it as it is custom ordered. Your sash and crown will be shipped to the address you provided on your application. Please note: sashes and crowns are only ordered on the 1st of each month for titles that are paid in full.

SOCIAL MEDIA

As a state queen, you are required to follow the national Instagram pages (@usanationalmiss for Jr. Teen, Teen and Miss and @usanationalmissjr for Jr. Princess, Princess and Preteen) and to like, comment and share our posts weekly. Please be sure you like all our posts and leave comments. We love to interact with our delegates! Also be sure you’re following us on TikTok @usanationalmiss.

We encourage you to become involved in charities, activities and community events within your state wearing your state crown and sash – and to tag us on our official social media to be featured.

Please add your state title to your personal Instagram name so we can find you. We suggest that you do not create an account specifically for your title but to utilize your existing personal account to document your UNM journey.

DELEGATE GROUP PAGE

We have a Delegate Group on Facebook that all delegates should join.   CLICK HERE to join the Delegate Group to get information from the national office.  This is where we post important info and stay in touch with our delegates. We will continue to add delegates as we receive applications and have state pageants throughout the year. A lot of information and interaction will take place on this page.

NATIONAL PLATFORM

Our national platform is INSPIRE. We encourage you to find your passion to serve under our national platform. For additional information on INSPIRE click here. More info on INSPRE DAYS will be provided during the year.

EXPECTATIONS AND BEHAVIOR

The application form you submitted included your agreement to our Titleholder Contract, and your submission was your digital signature to this contract. Submitting your application was an agreement to follow the rules, policies and expectations of the USA National Miss Scholarship Organization.  Each delegate is required to uphold our behavioral expectations as well as their responsibilities and duties as a representative of our prestigious organization.
